
Strawberry Shortcake Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana (cut into chunks)
2 cups almond milk or coconut milk
¼ cup blanched almonds
1 cup frozen strawberries
4 Medjool dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. red pitaya powder
Directions:
01. In a blender, add the banana, almond milk, strawberries and vanilla and blend
until smooth.
02. Add almonds, dates and red pitaya powder and blend again until smooth. This
smoothie is a good source of protein and rich in antioxidants.
