Holistically Hip Return Policy:

We want you to be super satisfied with your purchases!

A full exchange or store credit will be gladly offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in sellable condition, with all original packaging.
We cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your Holistically Hip experience.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

ONLINE RETURNS
To exchange or return your product for store credit, please drop off your return item to your nearest Holistically Hip location or mail your product to:
Holistically Hip, 233 Princess Street, Kingston Ontario, K7L 1B3, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs at this time.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY DAMAGES
If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please contact us within two days of receipt.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Several types of goods are considered final sale and exempt from being returned:
• Fresh foods juices, local flowers, local snacks. 
• Gift cards
• Sale items


ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for any reason for a full refund provided you send us a cancellation request within one hour from the time of purchase. We start packing your orders right away! If you have a problem email us right away at info@holisticallyhip.ca or call our store during operating hours/leave us a message!
