Meet the Founder
Alex is one of the smiling faces that welcomes you when you enter the door at Holistically Hip! Her journey has always been guided by resilience, creativity, and a deep commitment to well-being. Born in Ontario and raised in Nova Scotia, she has spent much of her life moving between Kingston & Halifax. Through this journey, one thing has remained constant—her dedication to managing her own health challenges.
Her personal experiences have shaped her passion for holistic living. These have led her to explore natural remedies, ethical products, and mindful self-care. After years of navigating her own wellness journey, she is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. Alex is excited to bring that knowledge, alongside her own lived experience, to others. She can’t wait to connect with the Kingston community, offering high-quality, Canadian-made products that align with her values of sustainability, integrity, and impact.
A flourishing creative, Alex envisions her space as more than just a store—it’s a hub for collaboration, education, and connection. She looks forward to working with like-minded individuals to offer workshops and cultivate a community-driven environment where everyone can explore their own path to wellness.
