Shipping policy

Shipping/Processing:

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow us up to 12 hours to process your order. (up to 24 hours on Mondays as we are closed) Expect an email within 2-12 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP – 233 Princess Street, Kingston Ontario. Orders can be picked up daily, from 10:30AM-5:30PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 kilometers of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. Feel free to call our store and we can try to work with a local delivery company to reach your area! Orders placed during store hours (10am-6pm, Tuesday-Saturday, Sundays 11am-5pm, CLOSED Mondays) will be delivered the same day. (When you spend over $175 before taxes) Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information on the shop app or through email notifications.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2-7 business days using, UPS, FedEx, Canpar. Flat rate shipping fee of $21.00 applies to orders shipping to [locations outside local regions – extra charges may apply outside these regions]. We do not ship outside of Canada.
