Grapefruit + Lemon House Cleaner

Ingredients:1 cup water1 cup vinegar3 tbsp. baking soda20 drops of 100% pure lemon essential oil10 drops of 100% pure orange essential oil10 drops of 100% pure grapefruit essential oil
Directions:01. In a 24oz. spray bottle (about 2 cups), mix the vinegar together with a little waterand the wild orange, grapefruit and lemon essential oils.02. Add the baking soda to the bottle and fill with water. Gently shake. Keep bottleaway from children. Shake again before each use to mix ingredients. To cleansurface, spray area with Grapefruit & Lemon House Cleaner then wipe with acloth. This all-purpose citrus cleaner has a refreshing and uplifting scent tofreshen up your home.

Ingredients:½ cup unrefined Shea butter½ cup mango butter½ cup sweet almond oil1 tbsp. arrowroot powder15 drops of 100% Wild Orange essential oil15 drops of 100% grapefruit10 drops of 100% Tangerine essential oil
Directions:01. Add water to a pot to a quarter full and put on the stove on medium heat. Placeall the butters in a glass bowl and place on top of the pot (make sure the bowlfits so its sitting about half in and half out of the pot). Let the butters melttogether.02. In a large separate bowl, add the sweet almond oil and arrowroot powder andwhisk together. Set aside03. Once butters on stove have melted, remove from heat. Turn off the stove.Remove glass bowl from pot, being careful of the heat of the bowl and not to spillthe melted butters on yourself. Pour the melted butters into the large glass bowlwith the almond oil mixture. Mix together for a few minutes.04. Place the bowl with the mixture in the fridge until opaque (about 45 minutes).Don’t let the mixture get too hard.05. Remove from fridge. Add the essential oils to the mixture and stir in with a spoon.Whip the mixture with a standard mixer for about 2 minutes.06. With a spoon, place the mixture into an airtight glass jar and keep away fromheat and sunlight. To keep your Mango Body Butter clean when using, scoop outmixture with a clean spoon or wooden popsicle stick. Keep jar away fromchildren.07. To moisturize and soften skin, use about 1 tbsp. on your body, hands and feetafter a shower or bath. This beautiful orange mango scent is fresh, uplifting andbursting with the sweet smell of summer.

Ingredients:2 cups organic cane sugar2 tbsp. organic coconut oil (melted)1 tbsp. jojoba oil1½ tsp. red pitaya powder25 drops of 100% pure rose essential oil (or desired essential oil)
Directions:01. Mix red pitaya powder with jojoba and coconut oil.02. Mix oil mixture with cane sugar until evenly distributed.03. Place in an airtight glass jar away from heat and sunlight. To keep your CocoRose Body Scrub clean when using, scoop out mixture with a clean spoon orwooden popsicle stick. Keep jar away from children.04. To sluff off dead skin cells, use about 3 tbsp. on your body, hands and feet (omitthe face area). Use once a week in the shower as a hydrating, brightening andexfoliating treatment. Rinse off. This beautifully soft rose scent is relaxing,calming and romantic.

Directions:01. In a juicer, juice the apple, carrots, celery, lemon and cucumber.02. Ingredients:1¾ cup gluten-free flour½ cup coconut flour½ cup organic coconut sugar2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda¼ tsp. sea salt1 cup coconut milk1 tsp. apple cider vinegar¼ cup coconut oil (melted)3 tbsp. lemon juice3 tbsp. lemon zest (finely grated)1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:01. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly oil a non-stick 12 muffin tin.In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients thoroughly. In another bowl, mix wetingredients. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients.02. Scoop into the muffin pan to about ¾ full. Bake for about 20 minutes, or untiltoothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes thentransfer to wire rack. Let cool for bit longer, add some vegan butter and enjoy!

Directions:01. Mix dry ingredients together thoroughly. Mix wet ingredients. Combine wet anddry ingredients. Roll into bite size balls. Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.These pumpkin spice and vanilla aroma energy balls will have you feeling allwarm and cozy and full of energy! Dry Ingredients:1 cup gluten free rolled oats + ½ cup for later1 cup gluten free finely ground oat flour½ tsp. baking soda½ tsp. baking powder¼ tsp. sea saltWet Ingredients:¼ cup coconut oil (melted)¼ cup coconut sugar4 tbsp. maple syrup2 flax eggs (2 tbsp. ground flax and 6 tbsp. water, whisk together and let sitfor 15 minutes)1½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
Directions:01. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.02. Make flax egg and set aside.03. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly (except the ½ cup rolled oats), then mix all wetingredients, including the flax egg. Mix wet and dry ingredients together, then addthe extra ½ cup of rolled oats and fold together.04. Plop a heaping teaspoon of the mixture onto the parchment lined cookie sheet.Flatten the cookies with a fork. Bake for about 12 minutes. Transfer to a wire rackand let cool completely. Enjoy these sweet and chewy treats with a cup of tea.

Directions:01. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix all together.02. With wet hands, roll ingredients into bite size balls and place on a parchmentlined cookie sheet.03. Put in freezer for 15 minutes to set, then keep in the fridge. These little beautiesare perfect to take with you when you are on-the-go and need a quick little bite.
They are also school safe as they are nut-free. For a (nutty) version, add crunchyalmond butter instead of sunflower butter.

Directions:01. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees (f) then line a cookie pan with parchment.02. Whip egg whites with a fork then add the chopped dates. Mix together.03. Mash bananas and add to mixture.04. Add pumpkin seeds, flax, walnuts and oats. Mix everything together.05. Plop mixture from a teaspoon and bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Remove from ovenand let cool on a wire rack. These delicious oatmeal date cookies are great in theevening with a cup of herbal tea. They are high in fibre and are not too sweet.Enjoy!

Ingredients:
For the Ice cream:2 frozen bananas3 tbsp. almond butter2 tbsp. shredded coconut2 tbsp. almond milk1 tsp. vanilla extractBlend in food processor, transfer to parchmentlined square pan and freeze for 25 min.
For the Caramel:3 tbsp. almond butter3 tbsp. maple syrup1 tsp. almond milkPinch of sea saltBlend in food processor, then add mixture to the same freezer pan andfreeze for 3 more hoursFor the Topping:1 bar of vegan dark chocolate, (about 3 grams) melted9 whole almonds
Directions:01. Blend ice cream and freeze for 25 minutes. Blend caramel and freeze for 3hours. Remove pan from freezer, remove bars from the pan by lifting up theparchment. Leave on the parchment and place on a cutting board. Cut into 9bars.
02. Add one whole almond onto each bar then spoon on the melted chocolate overthe entire bar. Transfer to a plate and let sit in freezer until chocolate is set, about5 minutes. Enjoy! These cool and delicious chocolate almond ice-cream bars areperfect for sharing and delicious for a hot summer night.

Easy Creamy Hummus (vegan, gf)
Ingredients:
1 can of 540 ml organic chickpeas¼ cup of the reserved drained chickpea liquid2 tbsp. tahini4 tbsp. lemon juice1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for drizzle1 garlic clove¼ sea salt (pinch)black pepper
Directions:
01. Drain the chickpeas and reserve some of the liquid (called aquafaba).02. Pour the drained chickpeas into a large bowl filled with warm water.03. Rub the chickpeas between your hands to remove the chickpea skin (getting ridof the skin makes the chickpeas easier to digest). Most of the skin should float tothe top. Scoop out and discard the skin, drain the chickpeas and set aside.04. In a food processor or blender, pour the chickpea liquid, tahini, lemon juice, oil,garlic and salt then blend until smooth.05. Add the chickpeas and blend again until you get a creamy texture.06. Scoop out and serve on a plate. Form a well in the middle of the hummus andthen drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and a bit of cracked black pepper.For an extra flare (when company comes), top the hummus with roasted pinenuts, chopped olives, chopped artichokes hearts, chopped pickles and edible
flowers (if desired). Serve with a side of carrot sticks, celery sticks, cucumberspears, red pepper spears, and cut up gluten free pitas or tortillas. Or for anafternoon snack, spread the hummus on a gluten free toasted bagel with slicedtomato or sliced cucumbers. Enjoy!
