
Vanilla + Pumpkin Spice Energy Balls
Dry Ingredients:
1¼ cup organic gluten-free quick oats
¼ cup almond flour
1 tbsp. chia seeds
3 tbsp. ground flax
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Pinch of sea salt
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup pumpkin puree
4 tbsp. honey
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
01. Mix dry ingredients together thoroughly. Mix wet ingredients. Combine wet and
dry ingredients. Roll into bite size balls. Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
