Ingredients:1 cup organic gluten free quick oats¼ cup hemp hearts¼ cup ground flax½ cup sunflower butter (nut-free)¼ cup honey1 tsp. vanilla extract¼ cup vegan chocolate chipsPinch of sea salt Directions:01. Mix dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients. Mix all together.02. With wet hands, roll ingredients into bite size balls and place on a parchmentlined cookie sheet.03. Put in freezer for 15 minutes to set, then keep in the fridge. These little beautiesare perfect to take with you when you are on-the-go and need a quick little bite. They are also school safe as they are nut-free. For a (nutty) version, add crunchyalmond butter instead of sunflower butter.
